A Little About Winnie;   

First off, my name is Sheri, but I got the nickname Winnie, because my darling husband (Stacy) nickname is Woody. The Woody nickname comes from generations past, and the image of Woody has been on our cars for generations. If you Google Woody you will come across Woody the Woodpecker, and his girl Winnie. So that’s how I got the nickname Winnie. The Woody image though is not Woody the Woodpecker but the Thrush Woody.   

How did I get into Car Show stuff? Dragged in I tell ya! I had no choose what so ever, it was either start enjoying the car show world or loose my Husband forever! So I was dragged to car show to car show, looking dreaming and always shopping. Once we found our Camaro, we joined in the on the fun, driving from here to there and seeing the beautiful little spots around Nova Scotia, once in awhile going to a show that wasn’t there! After a couple times showing up for a car show that wasn’t I decided to open up Up To Date Car Show Listings website. All I wanted was a place that was kept up to date about each and every car show around us. There’s nothing worse then showing up for a show that isn’t there!   

I also want to Boast a bit…   

I do my best to keep the site up to date as possible, but also that I do it for free! I’ll tell you upfront it costs … About $90.00 a year through my current host and $10 a year to own the name Up To Date Car Show Listings, and the cost of my Business Cards that I hand out at shows through VistaPrint. Some times I hand out flyers to promote the site. To cover this cost, I have wonderful sponsors and you will see their ads on left and right hand side of the site. Thanks guys, with out you there would be no site. I ask my Sponsors for $45 each a year. I have 5 sponsors. So As you can see I make no profit. I’m here because I Love the car show world and all the people in it.
